1. Order information will be kept for 30 days.
2. In case where a passenger purchases the ticket from the 12306 website and has already picked up the paper ticket, such ticket can be endorsed or refunded on the website at least 25min before the departure of the train, or be entitled to a change of destination at least 48h before the departure time.
3. Ticket refund can only be proceeded one by one on the website.
4. Passengers are entitled to endorse or change the destinations of their tickets once. Endorsed ticket or ticket subject to a change of destination can no longer be endorsed. Change of destination is not yet available for passenger traveling with an endorsed ticket or a group ticket.
5. In case of any refund incurred by ticket cancellation, endorsement or change of destination, such refund shall be returned to the original online payment method within the prescribed time in accordance with the relevant rules of such payment method. 6. Please proceed to “Delivery Status” for any cancellation or checking of your ticket delivery.

3. Ticket refund cannot be done in batches on the website.
4. Ticket endorsement or a change of destination can only be done for once. Tickets that have already been endorsed or finished the change of destination cannot be endorsed again. Change of destination is not available for endorsed tickets and group tickets.
